Your agreement with and confirmation of the TimeIPS Software License, Hardware Limited Warranty and Service Agreement will be required before you will be allowed to use TimeIPS software, TimeIPS hardware or to obtain services from TimeIPS, Inc. with respect to any TimeIPS product or service purchased.

To help our customers be absolutely certain that TimeIPS is the right product for them, we provide an opportunity to review and understand the TimeIPS product completely before purchasing. To this end, we offer on-line demonstrations, live TimeIPS systems that customers can load with their own data and use on a trial basis, consultation with our sales team, and sessions with consulting engineers as needed.

This optional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is available when requested by the customer, on a per-order, per-request basis, and must be approved prior to the sale by the customer and by TimeIPS, Inc. The details and terms of the optional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee are available on any quote for product that will be covered.
