    The TimeIPS IPSIPS - Intelligent Personnel System Upgrade Module™ is an expansion module that transforms a TimeIPS Digital Time Clock into a powerful Intelligent Personnel System. This substantial module gives you the ability to set employee schedules and track attendance trends. IPSIPS also helps prevent employees from clocking in early and reduces costs associated with unscheduled overtime with an option for custom weekly scheduling with schedule deviation enforcement. Automatic email alerts for employee schedule deviations and overtime enable your organization to more effectively manage personnel and overtime in real time. Additionally, IPSIPS offers the option to automatically send end of the week emails to employees with a breakdown of the employee's time worked. With the TimeIPS IPSIPS module, your organization can more effectively and efficiently manage labor costs and maximize productivity with job tracking for up to 30 jobs. For even more efficiency and peace of mind, this module provides the option of an automatic email backup each night to a specified email address.

    TO INSTALL MODULE(S): TimeIPS systems with Internet connectivity automatically check for new modules overnight. If you would like to install new module(s) immediately after purchase, log in to your TimeIPS system, select "Administration", then "System Administration" and "Updates".
